Manitou in India is manufacturing skid steer loader (SSL) and its attachments in mini construction equipment segment. We are manufacturing one model of SSL, 1340. SSL 1340 is equipped with Yanmar 49.5 HP engine having rated operating capacity of 612 kg.

Yes, we offer a lot of customisation with our SSL. SSL is a compact and versatile machine, which comes with variety of attachment. The same machine can be used as loader, fork lift, graber, trenching machine, sweeping machine, garbage cleaning, compaction and many more.

What is your approach to research and development for mini equipment?
We regular conduct market study and identify new application for our SSL. We are continuously adding new attachments with our machine. Recently, we have made our SSL with chain drive transmission and added many safety features in our SSL 1340, as safety is one of the best features in all the Manitou machines.

We ensure that our machine is well comparable with the existence of new technology in it. We are exporting SSL 1340 in many countries; this machine can be easily compared with our similar model of GEHL, USA.
