Ludhiana Improvement Trust floats Tender for HIG Flats Construction

A tender has been announced by the Ludhiana Improvement Trust for the development of high-income group (HIG) flats in Karnail Singh Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab.
The project entails constructing a multistorey building consisting of 336 high-income group (HIG) flats, comprising of stilt and 12 floors. The development will cover an area of 8.80 acres at Karnail Singh Nagar, also known as Atal Apartments, in Ludhiana.
The contract for this project amounts to Rs 1264.4 million, and the completion timeline is set at 24 months.
Interested parties are required to submit their bids before the bid submission deadline on August 10, 2023.
