Mahindra Lifespaces ventures with Lakefront Estates in Chennai

Mahindra Lifespaces Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced its entry into plotted developments with the unveiling of its first project, 'Lakefront Estates by Mahindra,' located at Mahindra World City (MWC) in Chennai.

Spanning 19 acres, this project offers a diverse range of plots to meet customers' unique needs and aspirations, with sizes of up to 5000 sq ft. The plots are designed to provide a customised living experience, incorporating green open spaces and access to excellent infrastructure and facilities.
