Hyderabad development body to auction 26 plots in city

Kokapet, Nallagandla, Manchirevula, Bairagiguda, Chengicherla, Ameenpur, Chandanagar, Budvel, Velmala, Gandimaisamma, Bowrampet, and Bachupally are the locations of the plots that would be put up for auction. Stray parts are essentially unsold plots because of vaastu, size, and other factors.
26 plots with sizes ranging from 300 square yards to slightly more than an acre have been marked by the metropolitan government. The price for an upset has been set based on the locales.
The minimum bid price in Nallagandla is 65,000 per square yard, whereas it is just 50,000 in Budvel, Chandanagar, Peeramcheruvu near Gandipet, and Manchirevula. In Nandigama Rameshwaram Banda near Patancheru and Ameenpur, the reduced price has been set at 12,000 per square yard and 40,000 per square yard, respectively. It costs 25,000 per square yard in Suraram's northern region. According to the HMDA, potential buyers must increase their bids by a minimum of 10,000 per square yard or multiples.
Smaller parcels would probably be put up for sale by people, according to official sources, while developers would be interested in land parcels larger than one acre in Velimala, Manchirevula, close to one acre in Peeramchervu and Suraram, and half an acre in Bachupally.
According to officials, even some people may submit bids for communal housing developments.
