Combatore corp. to roll out OR code-based feedback system

Residents will soon have a hassle-free experience sending feedback and filing complaints with the municipal corporation thanks to the corporation's implementation of an OR code-based system.All residential homes and business buildings in the city will soon have OR codes posted on their exteriors by the organization. On a variety of topics, including tax payment, water delivery, and underground drainage systems, people can scan the code and submit input.
According to corporation commissioner M Prathap, the feedback method will aid the municipal organization in enhancing its offerings. When creating policy and carrying out projects, the input will be analyzed and taken into account.
Residents can lodge complaints using the same OR code in addition to providing feedback. They are able to file complaints regarding any matter pertaining to the city corporation.
