Dwarka Expressway to open only after October

The eagerly anticipated Dwarka Expressway's launch will now have to wait longer for commuters. The 18.9-kilometer length of the expressway that runs through the city would only have the remaining construction work finished by October of this year, according to NHAI officials.
Earlier, August was the projected completion date.
The Central Peripheral Road (CPR) and Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) slip roads are now being merged into the NH-8 carriageways by the highway administration. While SPR has a slip road connecting it to the highway, CPR has two slip roads.
