BMC Mumbai Terminates Roadway Solutions' Contract

BMC Mumbai, the municipal corporation of Mumbai, has sent a termination letter to Roadway Solutions India, canceling their contract for a road concretisation project. The decision comes after concerns were raised about the quality of work and delays in completing the project.

The contract termination was a result of several complaints regarding the road concretisation project undertaken by Roadway Solutions India. The company was responsible for upgrading and concretising roads in several areas of Mumbai. However, it was alleged that the company failed to meet the required quality standards and deadlines.

Eknath Shinde, the leader of the Shiv Sena party and Maharashtra's Urban Development Minister, informed the media that the contract termination was necessary due to the persistent issues faced with Roadway Solutions India. He stated that the company repeatedly failed to fulfill its commitments, resulting in unsatisfactory work and delays in completing the project.
