Amit Shah kickstarts AMC development projects worth Rs 19.50 bn

Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated various development works of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) worth Rs 19.50 billion in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

During the event, Amit Shah remarked that since 2001, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been working to establish the concept of people-oriented and all-round development throughout the entire country, starting from Gujarat. He mentioned that the development journey initiated by Prime Minister Modi was consistently progressing. Shah further stated that Modi had facilitated the construction of 1.25 lakh houses for the impoverished in Gujarat, allowing them to start residing in their own homes.

The Union Home Minister elaborated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had introduced a new vision of development known as the Gujarat model. Based on this, the citizens of the country entrusted Modi with the leadership of the nation. Shah emphasized that, under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, comprehensive changes had taken place in every sector across the entire country over the past 10 years. This transformation led 1.4 billion citizens to believe that by 2047, India would hold the first position globally in every field.

Shah added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had undertaken several pending projects, citing the recent consecration of the idol of Ram Lala in the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya as an example. He noted that citizens had been waiting for almost 550 years for the construction of the Ram temple, and Modi had successfully accomplished it. Prime Minister Modi had provided impetus and direction to numerous such initiatives. According to Shah, the first five years of the Modi government were spent addressing the shortcomings of previous administrations, followed by the next five years laying the foundation. He concluded by stating that, as the Prime Minister for the third term, Modi would swiftly construct a grand building on that established foundation.
