Bhutani Infra acquires Logix City Center in Noida for Rs 10 billion

Real estate firm Bhutani Infra has acquired the prominent 'Logix City Center' commercial complex in Noida for around Rs 10 billion, which includes acquisition and planned renovation expenses. Spanning roughly 1.2 million square feet, the site features an operational shopping mall, office spaces, and a hotel.

"We acquired Logix City Center from PAG and Logix Group promoters, with a total investment of Rs 10 billion, covering both acquisition and refurbishment costs," Bhutani Infra CEO Ashish Bhutani confirmed to PTI. Renamed 'Bhutani City Center 32,' the acquisition significantly expands Bhutani Infra’s presence in the Delhi-NCR commercial sector, integrating prime retail, leisure, and entertainment spaces.

"This acquisition reflects our aggressive growth strategy and commitment to urban transformation," Bhutani added. "We aim to turn each new asset into a high-performing destination that caters to the modern consumer’s desire for integrated work, leisure, and lifestyle environments." (ET)
