Sumadhura targets Rs 40 billion revenue from Bengaluru and Hyderabad

Real estate developer Sumadhura Group is projecting revenues of Rs 40 billion from three key residential projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. This expansion is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its presence in these growing real estate markets. The projects include Sumadhura Epitome, a Mediterranean-themed development in North Bengaluru;
Sumadhura Capitol Residences in East Bengaluru’s Whitefield; and Sumadhura Palais Royale, a luxury project in Hyderabad’s financial district. Madhusudhan G, CMD of Sumadhura Group, highlighted the significance of these simultaneous launches, stating, “For the first time, we are unveiling three residential projects in prime locations across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
These projects are designed to enhance the lifestyles of homebuyers, combining unique themes, strategic locations, and cutting-edge amenities. Our projects aim to meet the aspirations of buyers, blending nature and technology for memorable living experiences.”

Sumadhura Epitome, situated in Rachenahalli near Manyata Tech Park, spans 3.5 acres and features 262 residential units across towers rising 14 stories.
