Smart Locker Now Available at RRTS Sahibabad and Ghaziabad Stations

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has introduced smart lockers at Sahibabad and Ghaziabad stations on the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) network. These lockers are designed for secure luggage storage and e-commerce parcel delivery, with plans to extend this service across all stations in the future.

The 82 km RRTS project connects Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Meerut, offering high-speed trains for an efficient commute. The smart lockers, available in various sizes, can be rented for one to six hours, with payments processed via UPI.

To use the service, passengers must register via a digital screen at the locker station and receive a unique access code to open and close the locker. The facility will undergo security checks, and future expansion is planned for other operational stations.
