MoU Signed Between MoSPI and IIIT-Delhi

The Data Informatics and Innovation Division has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) under the Data Innovation Lab component of the Capacity Development Scheme of the Ministry.

Objective of the Partnership The initiative aims to foster an innovation ecosystem by bridging the gap between academia and real-world statistical challenges. It seeks to leverage academic expertise to enhance the quality and application of official statistics in policymaking and governance. Other Institutional Partnerships The Ministry has also signed MoUs with:

IIM Nagpur IIT Madras IIIT Vadodara IIT Gandhinagar Maharaja Agrasen University This process is ongoing, and more MoUs will be signed as new academic partnerships are finalised.
