Zydus Trust Buys Rs 2 Bn Luxury Flat in Mumbai's Worli

The Zydus Family Trust, linked to Zydus Lifesciences Limited (formerly Cadila Healthcare), has acquired a luxury apartment worth Rs 2 billion in Mumbai's Worli, according to property documents accessed by IndexTap.com. The apartment, measuring 17,384 sq ft, is located on the 61st floor of Oberoi Three Sixty West, a premium residential project by Oberoi Realty. The sale price indicates a rate of around Rs 1.15 lakh per sq ft.

The purchase involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 7.04 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The property includes eight car parking spaces and the transaction was registered on 27 March 2025. The apartment was bought in the name of the Zydus Family Trust, listing Pankaj Patel, Priti Patel, and Sharvil Patel as buyers. The trust is affiliated with Zydus Wellness and controlled by the Patel family. Oberoi Realty has yet to respond to an email query. A response from the Zydus Family Trust is also awaited.

Oberoi Three Sixty West comprises two towers with 4 BHK, 5 BHK, duplexes, and penthouses. The project, which received its occupation certificate in 2022, is home to celebrities and industrialists including Shahid Kapoor, Radhakishan Damani, and others.
