Capacit’e Wins Rs 2.95 Billion Project from Indus Housing Society

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a contract worth Rs 2.95 billion from Indus Co-operative Housing Society for a residential-cum-commercial development in Wadala, Mumbai. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) covers the construction of Residential Building No. 01 with allied commercial facilities and Residential Building No. 02 at CS No 2/4 Saltpan Division, Shivadi-Chembur Road.
The project underscores Capacit’e’s growing presence in high-value urban developments and adds to its portfolio of marquee residential and commercial constructions in Mumbai.
