In addition, Rs 1.94 billion was approved for external infrastructure, Rs 5.07 billion for nine towers for non-gazetted employees, and Rs 5.17 billion for twelve new towers with associated amenities.
The CRDA also cleared Rs 5.61 billion for a 190 million-litre-per-day water treatment plant, including five years of operations and maintenance. Another Rs 4.95 billion was approved for constructing overhead water tanks.
Road extension works worth Rs 4.55 billion were sanctioned for the E-3, E-13, and E-15 corridors, including a 1.5 kilometre elevated stretch on the E-3 seed axis, to link Amaravati with the national highway.
