WattPower, Solarium Ink Pact to Expand in MP and Maharashtra

WattPower, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, has announced a strategic partnership with Solarium Green Energy to boost the adoption of solar power in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The collaboration aligns closely with the objectives of the government’s KUSUM scheme, which seeks to promote solar energy for agricultural use and enhance rural electrification. As part of the initiative, Solarium has been designated as WattPower’s Value Added Partner, marking a significant advancement in the development of decentralized solar infrastructure in regions with high growth potential.

The alliance is set to deliver modular, high-efficiency solar solutions tailored for farmers and small enterprises—segments that often remain underserved but stand to benefit substantially from dependable and sustainable energy systems. WattPower aims to leverage Solarium’s robust regional presence and operational strengths to ensure smooth deployment and effective last-mile connectivity of its technological offerings. This on-ground collaboration is expected to help address logistical and implementation challenges commonly associated with rural electrification efforts.

WattPower has consistently prioritised the development of high-performance solar systems designed to withstand remote and challenging environments. These systems incorporate features such as grid compatibility, high uptime, and long-term reliability. By aligning its technological solutions with the KUSUM scheme, the company aims to support agricultural productivity and improve energy access in rural communities.
