Hiranandani launches Rs 11 billion luxury project in Panvel

Hiranandani Communities has launched “The Arena,” a premium residential project within the 588-acre Hiranandani Fortune City township in Panvel. Spread over 10 acre, the Rs 11 billion development will comprise eight towers with more than 1,700 upscale residences. The first phase includes 600 units of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 730 to 1,900 sq ft.

Prices start at Rs 1.31 crore for 2 BHK homes, while 3 and 4 BHK units are priced from Rs 1.77 crore onwards. Designed to promote an active lifestyle, the project includes a dedicated sports colosseum and luxury amenities.

Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, stated, “Panvel’s growth potential is further fuelled by rising per capita income, expanding employment opportunities, and the migration of talent seeking holistic residential solutions.”

With infrastructure upgrades such as MTHL, Navi Mumbai airport, and rail and road connectivity, Panvel is fast becoming a real estate and economic hub. The Arena is positioned to tap into long-term demand and deliver attractive capital appreciation.
