TRG Group launches Rs 4 billion mall in Ghaziabad

TRG Group has announced the launch of TRG The Mall, a Rs 4 billion commercial development strategically located in Ghaziabad, between Gaur City and Crossing Republik. Touted as a next-gen shopping and lifestyle destination, the project is positioned to become a landmark in NCR’s retail landscape. 

The IGBC-certified green building features 100 per cent paid-up land, multilevel parking, double-height shops, and is tailored for high-end retailing. It will house hypermarkets, anchor stores, restaurants, a multiplex, a gym, and a food court—creating a vibrant hub for shopping and entertainment. 

“The NCR remains one of India’s most dynamic markets, and this project reflects our commitment to innovation and sustainability,” said Shorab Upadhyay, MD, TRG Group. MD Pawan Sharma added, “This Rs 4 billion initiative redefines commercial space in the region.” 

Construction has begun in phases and is expected to be completed in 30 months. The development reinforces TRG Group’s vision of building sustainable, customer-centric commercial hubs that cater to India’s evolving retail and lifestyle demands.
