In a strategic shift marking its evolution from a reputed builder to a lifestyle-focused brand, Swamiraj Constructions has rebranded as House of Swamiraj. With a two-decade legacy and over 1,700 homes delivered across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), the company is embracing a new phase centred on community-driven, wellness-oriented living.
The rebranding was unveiled via a digital campaign titled #BeyondDimensions, executed in three phases—teaser, engagement, and launch. The campaign spotlighted the brand’s renewed commitment to designing homes that go beyond function to foster emotional connection and lifestyle enrichment.
The shift from Swamiraj Constructions to House of Swamiraj reflects a strategic repositioning, embedding emotional intelligence, sustainable living, and design innovation into the brand's core philosophy.
“Changing our name to House of Swamiraj is not just about a new look. It’s about staying true to who we are while preparing for what’s next. For over 18 years, families have trusted us to build their homes, and that trust is the foundation we are building on. With this new chapter, we are focusing even more on thoughtful design, stronger communities, and meaningful living. The name may be new, but our purpose remains the same, and that is to create homes that truly improve lives,” said Jason Samuel, Director, House of Swamiraj.
To mark this transformation, the company has announced three new residential projects with a combined investment of Rs 2.10 billion. Two of these are located off Pokhran Road No. 1, Thane (West)—an affordable 2BHK lifestyle community, and a mixed 1BHK–2BHK development, together accounting for Rs 1.6 billion in investment.
The third project, valued at Rs 50 crore, is a premium residential tower in Ambernath (West), aimed at redefining modern living in emerging urban centres.
Additionally, a new development is planned in Vartak Nagar, Thane, reinforcing the brand’s goal of achieving Rs20 billion in turnover while remaining committed to affordability, innovation, and community-centric growth.
With its new identity, House of Swamiraj aspires to deliver over 12,000 homes, achieve Rs 100 billion in sales, and rank among Maharashtra’s top five lifestyle developers. The brand promises wellness amenities, smart home innovations, and sustainable design to define its future-ready projects.
As House of Swamiraj enters this new chapter, it aims to build more than homes—it aims to create places to thrive, built on purpose, emotion, and vision.
