2025-06-27
NCR-based real estate developer Saya Group has partnered with Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to manage 336 fully serviced business suites in Greater Noida. The suites are located within Saya SouthX, a 3-acre mixed-use commercial development with a built-up area of around 68,000 square metres.
Under the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels will operate the suites—each averaging 62 square metres—spanning the 7th to 25th floors of the development. The collaboration aims to offer high-quality business accommodation tailored to the needs of working professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate travellers.
Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, noted that the partnership reflects their vision of creating integrated business destinations. “With BIZTOP at Saya SouthX, we are not just building spaces; we are creating business destinations,” he said.
Vilas Pawar, CEO of Carnation Hotels, added that the partnership would combine Saya’s infrastructure with Lemon Tree’s hospitality expertise to deliver premium offerings in Greater Noida West.
Saya SouthX features a blend of retail outlets, fine dining, food courts, multiplex, gym, infinity pool, banquet halls, and the newly introduced business suites. It is expected to attract over 50,000 daily visitors, serving a catchment area of more than 500,000 residents.
