NBCC Wins Rs 2.97 Billion Redevelopment Contract in Meerut

Government owned project management and real estate specialist NBCC has secured a new work order worth about Rs 2.97 billion from the Meerut Development Authority. The contract covers a series of redevelopment schemes in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and further strengthens NBCC’s role in state backed urban infrastructure programmes.

This latest success follows the Rs 1.62 billion interior works assignment awarded in May for developing office space at Nauroji Nagar, Delhi. Together, the two projects underscore NBCC’s expanding footprint in public redevelopment initiatives and its continuing contribution to government efforts to modernise urban environments.
