NTPC Green Signs Deal for 300 MW Renewable Projects in Goa

NTPC Green Energy Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), has signed an agreement to develop 300 megawatts or more of renewable power projects in Goa.
According to a stock exchange filing, the memorandum of understanding with the Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA) also includes plans for energy storage projects in the state.
The agreement was signed by Gauresh Ashok Pilgaonkar, Managing Director of GEDA, and Pushpendra Tyagi, CFO of NTPC REL, in a formal ceremony.
