PTC and Kineco Ink MoU for Indigenous Aerospace
2025-08-14

PTC Industries, a manufacturer of high-quality, high-precision metal components and exotic materials such as titanium and superalloys, has partnered with Kineco Aerospace & Defence, a specialist in advanced composite solutions. The collaboration aims to create an integrated ecosystem for the development of next-generation aerospace structures for civil and defence applications.
The MoU was signed by Sachin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of PTC Industries, and Shekhar Sardessai, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Kineco Group, in the presence of senior leadership from both companies.
Under the agreement, the partnership will focus on:
- Co-developing hybrid aerospace structures combining composites and metallics
- Localising critical aerospace components, including flight-critical parts
- Jointly participating in global RFQs for civil and defence programmes
- Advancing R&D and enabling technology transfer in collaboration with DRDO and other stakeholders
Sachin Agarwal said, “Together, PTC and Kineco will be able to offer integrated solutions across metallics and composites addressing critical needs of Indian and global OEMs. Both companies share a common vision: building an Atmanirbhar Bharat through high-precision engineering.”
Shekhar Sardessai added, “This partnership is a perfect blend of material innovation and manufacturing excellence. It paves the way for India to become a serious player in the global aerospace supply chain – not just in assemblies, but in core technologies and materials.”
The companies believe the partnership will play a vital role in advancing India’s ambitions in civil aviation, air defence, and space, while accelerating indigenisation and positioning the country as a competitive global supplier in aerospace technologies.
