AXISCADES Names Alfonso Martinez to Lead Global Operations

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a leading provider of deep tech and engineering services, has appointed Alfonso Martinez as Head of International Business and Global Operations and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AXISCADES GmbH. In this role, he will oversee the company’s fast-growing international business while spearheading its global operations.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, aerospace, defence, and technology services, Martinez has a strong track record of driving transformation and growth across international markets. At AXISCADES, he has played a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, strengthening customer engagement, and positioning the company for sustained success.

In his new position, Martinez will focus on implementing the company’s global growth strategy, expanding its footprint across North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia-Pacific, and strengthening collaborations with international partners and original equipment manufacturers.

Following this transition, Martinez will no longer serve as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AXISCADES Technologies Limited. His functions and responsibilities at the parent company will now be discharged by Dr Sampath Ravinarayanan, Chairman and Managing Director of AXISCADES Technologies Limited.
