Nayara Energy’s Exports Halve amid Sanctions Pressure

Nayara Energy’s petroleum exports dropped 51 per cent year-on-year in September as sanctions disrupted operations, according to Kpler. Exports stood at 134,000 bpd, down from 276,000 bpd a year ago.
The company now sources 100 per cent of its crude from Russia, importing 330,000 bpd. Sanctions have complicated shipping and payments, forcing Nayara to redirect exports from Europe to Asia, West Asia and Latin America.
Despite constraints, analysts expect refining operations to recover towards rated capacity by Q4 2025.
