Rajesh Power Services Bags Rs 9,219 Mn Orders from UGVCL

Rajesh Power Services Limited, a leading EPC contractor in power transmission and distribution, has announced new project wins worth Rs 9,219 million, including taxes from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL), a state-run power distribution utility in Gujarat.

The turnkey projects involve the conversion of existing 11kV high-tension overhead networks into underground cable systems, along with the installation of 11kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) across multiple locations, including Himmatnagar, Palanpur, Mehsana, and Sabarmati circles of UGVCL.

The company has been on a steady growth trajectory. Last month, Rajesh Power Services received orders worth Rs 1,431 million from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), along with landmark projects worth Rs 2,780 million—including a 400 kV GIS segment—from a mix of government and private clients.

These new orders further solidify Rajesh Power’s position as one of India’s key EPC players in the power distribution and transmission segment, supporting the state’s drive towards modern, efficient, and resilient energy infrastructure.
