Highway Infrastructure Wins Rs 117.6 mn NHAI Toll Contract

Highway Infrastructure (HIL), an integrated infrastructure development and management firm, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) worth Rs 117.6 million from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll operations and maintenance on the 4-lane Ujjain–Garoth section (Packages I, II & III) of NH-752D in Madhya Pradesh under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

The contract, awarded on October 23, 2025, through a competitive e-tendering process, covers toll fee collection and the upkeep of facilities, including toilet blocks and consumable replenishment, for 90 days.

Commenting on the development, Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director of Highway Infrastructure, said, “We are delighted to secure this LOA from NHAI for tolling and maintenance operations on a key national highway corridor. Earlier this month, we won another toll project worth Rs 252.6 million, and with this addition, we continue to strengthen our order book and create long-term value for our stakeholders.”
