Divgi TTS Wins Transfer Case Order From Toyota Tsusho

The multi-year contract is valued at approximately Rs 620 million in lifecycle revenue and will be executed over six years, beginning in the first half of FY28 following product validation and approval.

Managing Director Jitendra Divgi said the company was honoured to secure this nomination for its core transfer case. He noted that this is Divgi TTS’s first business award from Toyota Tsusho India, underscoring the customer’s confidence in the company’s latest-generation product and opening opportunities for future business with other Japanese OEMs.

He added that the opportunity involved several technical challenges, including integration of the company’s advanced synchroniser technology, compatibility with in-vehicle networking, meeting the superior noise, vibration and harshness standards of Japanese OEMs and ensuring integration with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Divgi said the company’s strong technical capabilities have helped it win multiple such orders in the past, and that it remains well positioned to secure further opportunities as the market expands. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to sustainable growth through expanding its product offering, winning new customers, increasing market and wallet share and strengthening export contributions.
