91Springboard Adds 100,000 Sq Ft of New Workspace in Bengaluru, Chennai

91Springboard, one of India’s leading workspace solutions providers, has expanded its footprint in South India with two new hubs in Bengaluru and Chennai. Spanning more than 100,000 sq ft and offering approximately 2,500 seats, the new hubs mark a significant milestone in the company’s regional growth strategy and reinforce its focus on the South India market.

Located in A-Grade corporate parks, the hubs will cater to Global Capability Centres, large enterprises, MSMEs and rapidly scaling startups. With this expansion, 91Springboard now operates 13 hubs across South India covering nearly 600,000 sq ft. The company plans to add another 150,000 sq ft in the region and a total of 1 million sq ft across existing markets by the end of FY 2025–26. Both new hubs are scheduled to be operational by February 2026.

Since the beginning of 2025, 91Springboard has launched 14 new hubs across business centres including Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, together spanning over 500,000 sq ft. Notable recent openings include Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall in Mumbai; DLF World Trade Park and Building 6 DLF Cyber City in Gurugram; Baner in Pune; and Prius Platinum in Saket, Delhi.

The Bengaluru hub, located at Helios Business Park, spans approximately 56,000 sq ft and features WELL, USGBC Platinum, IGBC and LEED Gold certifications. The Chennai hub at Olympia Cyberspace covers around 50,000 sq ft and incorporates sustainability and wellness-aligned design features. Each provides prime connectivity, shared amenities and an ecosystem-driven workplace experience.

With this expansion, 91Springboard’s portfolio has grown to 1.75 million sq ft across 45 hubs in Bengaluru, Delhi, Goa, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Chennai and Pune.
