TIL Limited Debuts Three Indigenous Material Handling Machines at EXCON
2025-12-11
TIL, one of India’s leading material handling and infrastructure equipment manufacturers, unveiled three fully indigenous, next-generation products at EXCON 2025. The launches at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre mark a significant milestone in the company’s drive to deliver safer, more efficient and technologically advanced solutions for India’s growing infrastructure landscape. The showcase comes as TIL reports steady operational momentum with a healthy order book of over Rs 2 billion and a 12 per cent year-on-year revenue rise to Rs 810.45 million in Q2FY26.
The highlight of the announcement is the CarryKing 515, a patented pick-and-carry-on-deck crane designed to address modern job-site challenges with improved safety and versatility. Powered by an Ashok Leyland H4C513022 engine delivering 130Hp, the crane offers a 15-tonne pick-and-carry capacity at a 2.5-metre radius, a carry-on-deck capability of 6 tonnes, 360° continuous slew on tyres and outriggers, and a 4-section boom extending up to 17 metres. Its 4x4 drive and 4-wheel steer enable smooth operation in confined spaces, making it suitable for ports, shipyards, construction sites and industrial facilities.
TIL also marked its re-entry into the truck crane segment with the TMS-885, an 85-tonne truck-mounted crane built to reclaim the company’s strong legacy in this category. With a 5-section full-power boom of up to 43.8 metres and a Cummins QSB6.7 260 HP engine, the crane targets customers seeking performance, reliability and strong after-sales support.
The third launch, the RT RST-8, is positioned as the world’s first rough terrain empty container reachstacker engineered for Indian working conditions. With 4x4 drive, 4-wheel steer, an 8-tonne lifting capacity and 12.6-metre lifting height, it is built for container yards, mining sites and logistics hubs that require robust handling equipment for unpaved and uneven terrain.
“These three products have been engineered specifically to address evolving customer needs for safer, more efficient and versatile equipment,” said Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman & Managing Director, TIL.
Alok Tripathi, President, TIL, added that the products reflect deep domain expertise and a renewed focus on safety, while Pinaki Niyogi, CTO and COO, TIL, highlighted their role in shaping a new era in India’s material handling sector.
The company’s EXCON 2025 participation also underscores advancements in IoT, telematics and AI-driven equipment optimisation, supported by its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Kamarhati and Kharagpur. With sustained government and private sector investments in infrastructure, TIL aims to capture emerging opportunities through its expanding product portfolio and strong engineering capabilities.
