TKIL Industries to Showcase Advanced MACS Crushing Systems at EXCON 2025

TKIL Industries will present its full range of Mineral and Aggregate Crushing Systems (MACS) at EXCON 2025, South Asia’s premier construction equipment and technology exhibition. The company’s participation underscores its commitment to delivering high-performance engineering solutions that strengthen the “Make in India” ecosystem while promoting efficiency and sustainability across core industrial sectors.

The MACS line-up scheduled for display includes jaw crushers, cone crushers, vertical shaft impactors (VSI), roll sizers, hammer mills and vibrating screeners. Each machine is engineered to provide long service life, reduced energy consumption and consistent output, backed by the latest advancements in mineral and aggregate processing technology. Also on showcase will be skid-mounted crushing units spanning two to four stages with capacities of 150–300 TPH, along with semi-mobile plants operating in the 150–250 TPH range, suitable for large infrastructure and mining applications.

“As India’s infrastructure and mining sector is evolving along with increasing customers' demands in terms of reliability, energy efficiency, and performance, EXCON is a great opportunity for us to showcase our latest MACS product innovations. Our MACS line provides solutions that offer a combination of robust engineering and cutting-edge technology,” said Vivek Bhatia, Managing Director and CEO, TKIL Industries.

T.V.S.S. Srinivas, Business Head – Mineral and Aggregate Crushing Systems (MACS), TKIL Industries, added, “The MACS range on display reflects TKIL Industries' deep understanding of material behaviour, application needs, and lifecycle performance. We look forward to meaningful engagements with customers at EXCON 2025 to explore solutions that address operational challenges and support future growth.”

Through its EXCON showcase, TKIL Industries aims to reaffirm its position as a trusted manufacturer offering dependable, high-performance crushing technology tailored for India’s evolving industrial and infrastructure demands.
