Schwing Stetter India Unveils New Innovations at Excon 2025

Schwing Stetter India unveiled more than 20 new machines at Excon 2025, marking one of its most significant showcases and introducing several India-first technologies to the construction equipment sector. The company launched the country’s first 56-metre boom pump designed and manufactured in India, the first fully electric truck mixer, the first CNG mixer variant and the first hybrid boom pump. Executives said the launch portfolio was engineered to support India’s move toward faster, greener and more vertically oriented infrastructure through advanced engineering, clean-energy solutions and circular material use.

The company also introduced precast technology for India in partnership with MAXtruder GmbH, alongside a next-generation line of concrete equipment and new crushing solutions for aggregates and construction and demolition waste recycling. The centrepiece of its pavilion was the “SCHWING Innovation Booth,” an experiential zone that allowed visitors to interact with emerging technologies through immersive demonstrations.

“We are responding not only to India’s call for Vikshit Bharat and Atmanirbhar infrastructure but also to a global demand for taller, faster and greener development,” said V.G. Sakthikumar, Chairman & Managing Director, Schwing Stetter India. “This is our most enterprising Excon with multiple India-first launches. Our aim is to bridge key gaps in the construction industry by addressing delays, inefficiencies and sustainability challenges through high-reach pumping, automation and low-emission technology.”

Across 7,500 sq. m, Schwing Stetter displayed nearly 30 machines, including the 56m S56SXF boom pump for long-reach pours, the S36X hybrid boom pump, a compact 31m boom pump for urban projects, CNG and EV mixers, the FBP 29 mixer pump, a cold-start self-loading mixer for high-altitude regions, a new crusher line, a concrete recycling plant and a containerized mobile batching plant.

With Excon 2025 spotlighting innovation across the industry, Schwing Stetter India’s extensive line-up reinforces its commitment to efficient, sustainable and future-ready infrastructure development.
