Lodha Developers Debuts In NCR With Gurugram Projects

Mumbai-based real estate firm Lodha Developers has partnered with Gurugram-based MRG Group to enter the Delhi-NCR property market. The collaboration involves two marquee projects in prime Gurugram corridors, with a combined revenue potential exceeding Rs 36 billion.

According to a statement issued by MRG Group on December 16, the developments are positioned to set new benchmarks in premium commercial and residential real estate across Delhi-NCR. Lodha Developers is already present in the region through a warehousing project and is now expanding into housing and commercial segments.

Property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield acted as advisor to MRG Group on the transaction.

Commenting on the partnership, Rajjath Goel, Managing Director of MRG Group, said the collaboration brings together Lodha’s legacy of trust, design excellence and commitment to quality, while underlining confidence in Gurugram’s strength as one of India’s most aspirational real estate markets. Lodha Developers declined to comment on the development.

During an investor call on October 31, Lodha Developers’ Managing Director and CEO Abhishek Lodha said the company’s initial focus in NCR was likely to be Gurugram, while remaining open to opportunities in other parts of the region, including Noida. Earlier, in July 2025, he had indicated that the company expected to conclude one or more land deals in Delhi-NCR during the current financial year, paving the way for its first project launch in the region in the next financial year.
