Ramco To Deploy Aviation Software At Powerhouse Engines
Enterprise aviation software provider Ramco Systems Corporation, a subsidiary of Ramco Systems Limited, has announced the implementation of its next-generation aviation software at Powerhouse Engines, a South Florida-based aviation services company specialising in jet engine leasing, trading and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) for CFM56 family engines.
The CFM56 engines, jointly developed by GE Aerospace and Safran Aircraft Engines, power narrow-body aircraft such as the Airbus A320ceo and Boeing 737 Classic and NG. Ramco’s aviation software will deliver end-to-end lifecycle coverage for Powerhouse’s engine MRO operations, enabling improved resource utilisation and data-driven decision-making while supporting accelerated growth and operational excellence.
Powerhouse will adopt an integrated suite of modules covering Engineering and CAMO functions, including configuration management, airworthiness directive and service bulletin management, task card management and maintenance planning, along with engine and shop maintenance, MRO contracting, finance and quality. This integrated approach is expected to deliver greater visibility and seamless coordination across critical operational areas.
The implementation will also strengthen inventory management, procurement and cost tracking, while streamlining subcontracting and third-party repair processes to improve overall MRO efficiency. As part of its digital transformation, Powerhouse will deploy Ramco’s mobile applications, Hubs and BInGO dashboards to support a shift towards paperless operations, offering real-time tracking of parts, inventory, repair orders, purchase orders and repair tags.
Commenting on the partnership, Eric Engdahl, Chief Executive Officer of Powerhouse Engines, said the company was seeking a technology partner capable of supporting its next phase of growth while maintaining high service standards. He said Ramco’s aviation expertise and comprehensive lifecycle coverage would help transform processes and enable scalable expansion.
Manoj Kumar Singh, Chief Customer Officer – Aviation, Aerospace and Defence at Ramco Systems, said the selection reinforced Ramco’s position as a provider of next-generation aviation engine MRO solutions. He added that the platform is designed to minimise downtime, maximise asset utilisation and enable organisations to scale without compromising safety or quality.
