MAJOR Showcases Screen Media Technology at CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2026

MAJOR, a global manufacturer of high-performance wire screen media, will exhibit at CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2026, where it will showcase its screen media solutions, advanced polyurethane strips and the MAJOR App, along with a new product addition to its portfolio. Visitors can meet the MAJOR team at Booth C32269 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

In addition to its exhibit, MAJOR will take part in an educational panel discussion titled “Screen Smarter: Practical Strategies for Peak Performance” on Thursday, March 5, from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. The session will explore the factors that influence screening efficiency, with MAJOR sharing insights into how wire selection, crown curve design and climate conditions can significantly affect productivity in mining and quarrying operations.

Bernard Betts, president of MAJOR, said the three-year cycle of CONEXPO/CON-AGG makes it a valuable opportunity for customers to experience the latest advances in screen media firsthand. He noted that participation in the panel discussion reflects MAJOR’s focus on educating aggregates producers about selecting the right screen media for their operations. Betts added that customer feedback has played a key role in shaping the company’s direction, with MAJOR aiming to become a one-stop solution provider for screen media, supported by a major product announcement planned for the show.

Among the technologies on display will be an advanced polyurethane strips variant for the FLEX-MAT Modular Series, designed to enhance screen life and performance in wet and corrosive environments. The updated MAJOR App will also be featured, offering a centralised digital platform for customers and dealers that combines technical documentation, marketing resources, a newsroom, RFID reading capabilities and FLEX-MAT Sensor integration. The app allows users to track and store screen media data, simplifying ordering and inventory management through RFID-enabled FLEX-MAT ID technology.
