He will also distribute RuPay Platinum Debit Cards to beneficiaries of cooperative banks in Haryana and hand over registration certificates to presidents of newly established multi-purpose PACS supported by KRIBHCO. In addition, the Minister will inaugurate a portal highlighting activities undertaken during the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC).
The conference will emphasise the exchange of advanced agricultural knowledge, access to affordable credit, adoption of modern technologies, and promotion of organic and climate-resilient farming practices through cooperatives. Senior officials from the Union Ministry of Cooperation, KRIBHCO, the Government of Haryana, and representatives from cooperative institutions, PACS, and farmer organisations will take part. KRIBHCO said the conference would provide fresh momentum to India’s cooperative movement during the International Year of Cooperatives 2025.
