Agami Realty Wins Top Honour at CREDAI Real Estate Excellence Awards

Agami Realty has been awarded the Best Residential Project – Affordable Segment (Tier III) for its Agami Sapphire development at the inaugural CREDAI Real Estate Excellence Awards. The awards, held on 19 and 20 December 2025, recognised outstanding real estate projects across multiple categories, with winners selected from over 800 entries nationwide.

The recognition was conferred for Agami Sapphire, a residential project in Boisar that reflects the developer’s focus on combining affordability with quality, sustainability and thoughtful design. The project comprises well-planned 1 and 2 BHK homes across a 2-acre site and integrates features such as energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting, green open spaces and car-free zones aimed at enhancing liveability and long-term value.

The evaluation process was independently conducted by CRISIL, ensuring transparency and credibility in the selection. Agami Realty’s approach to blending functionality, sustainability and community-centric planning was cited as a key differentiator in the jury’s assessment.

Commenting on the recognition, Prashant Khandelwal, CEO, Agami Realty, said the award reinforces the company’s belief that quality housing and responsible development can coexist, even within the affordable segment. He noted that the project reflects a long-term vision focused on durability, efficiency and resident well-being.
