E to E Transportation Clarifies SECR Contract Value at Rs 270.35 Mn

NSE Emerge-listed E to E Transportation Infrastructure has issued a clarification on the value of a railway signalling and telecommunication contract awarded by the South East Central Railway (SECR), Raipur Division, after identifying a typographical error in its earlier regulatory disclosure.

In a filing dated January 4, 2026, the company said the correct value of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is Rs 270.34 million, and not Rs 2.73 billion as previously stated in an announcement uploaded on the NSE Emerge portal earlier the same day. The company noted that the incorrect figure was the result of human oversight.

The LoA, which was originally received on January 3, 2026, relates to the execution of signalling and telecommunication works for the construction of the fourth railway line between the Durg–Durg Link Block stations. The scope of work also includes the provision of Distributed Electronic Interlocking (EI) at Durg station, along with its integration with the Durg Link Block Station under the Raipur Division of SECR.

E to E Transportation said a revised and corrected disclosure was filed on the NSE Emerge portal at 14:45:48 on January 4, 2026. The updated filing supersedes the earlier announcement in its entirety, and stakeholders have been advised to rely solely on the corrected information for accuracy.

The company added that the project continues to form part of its railway infrastructure portfolio, which focuses on signalling and telecommunication systems, cable laying, testing, and commissioning. These works are aimed at supporting rail network expansion while enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

E to E Transportation reiterated its commitment to transparency in regulatory disclosures and said it has taken steps to ensure greater accuracy in future filings.
