Maruti Suzuki, Indian Oil Tie Up For Service At Fuel Stations

Under the initiative, customers will be able to access routine maintenance, minor repairs and select major services at these facilities. The move is expected to further strengthen Maruti Suzuki’s after-sales footprint, which already includes more than 5,780 service touchpoints across 2,882 cities in India.

Commenting on the collaboration, Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer (Service) at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said the partnership is designed to make vehicle servicing easier and more accessible for customers. He added that leveraging Indian Oil’s extensive nationwide presence will help deliver a more seamless and reassuring ownership experience, while also bringing together the mobility and energy sectors.

Saumitra P. Srivastava, Director (Marketing) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, said the company is focused on enhancing the customer experience at its fuel stations through value-added services. With a network of over 41,000 fuel stations across India, Indian Oil aims to bring essential automotive services closer to consumers by integrating Maruti Suzuki’s vehicle maintenance capabilities with its energy offerings.
