Schaeffler Appoints Maximilian Fiedler as Asia Pacific CEO

Schaeffler recently announced the appointment of Maximilian Fiedler as Regional CEO, Asia Pacific, with effect from 1 January 2026. In his new role, he will also serve on the Executive Board of the Schaeffler Group, representing the Asia Pacific region.

Fiedler has been associated with Schaeffler since 2012 and has held several senior leadership positions across global markets. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific region and recently assumed the role of Regional CEO on an interim basis alongside his CFO responsibilities. His previous roles include Head of External Reporting for the Schaeffler Group and Chief Financial Officer for Schaeffler Mexico. Prior to joining Schaeffler, he worked as Treasury Manager at HeidelbergCement AG.

Klaus Rosenfeld, CEO of Schaeffler AG, said the company is confident that Fiedler’s leadership and commitment will help drive sustained success in the Asia Pacific region.

Fiedler said he looks forward to working closely with the regional teams to build on existing achievements, strengthen customer engagement and deliver long-term value for stakeholders across the region.
