CASE India opens first company-owned store in South India

Reinforcing its long-term commitment to southern India, CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, inaugurated its first Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Brandstore in Tiruchirappalli, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s official footprint in the region. The facility serves as a strategic hub to deepen CASE’s presence across Tamil Nadu and neighbouring markets.

Strategically located on the Trichy–Dindugal Road, the Brandshop positions CASE closer to high-potential construction regions across Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Madurai, and Tirunelveli and surrounding regions. As demand for reliable equipment and responsive service grows across India’s infrastructure corridors, CASE is spreading its customer engagement model to stay ahead of evolving industry needs.

Commenting on the development, Emre Karazli, Vice President – Construction Segment, CASE Construction Equipment, said, “India stands among CASE’s most strategically important markets globally, not only for the scale of infrastructure development but for the depth of capability it brings to our worldwide operations. Spread across approximately 5,300 sq. ft., the facility houses two fully equipped service bays, a dedicated workshop, and a warehouse with an inventory of around 700 parts lines. The new store is supported by trained service engineers, service vans, and advanced diagnostic tools.

Speaking at the inauguration, Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director, CASE Construction Equipment – India & SAARC, said, “India’s infrastructure priorities are closely aligned with CASE’s long-term commitment to the nation’s development. Furthermore, it helps us strengthen service reach and ensuring consistent support as infrastructure development continues to expand across Tamil Nadu.”

The brandstore in Tiruchirappalli showcases Stage V-compliant machines and provides genuine parts support not only for the surrounding districts but also for customers across Tamil Nadu, while the Tirunelveli branch extends additional spare parts support to enhance service reach and responsiveness across the region.
