Krystal Wins Rs 2.75bn Vasai–Virar Waste Deals

The mandates cover end-to-end sanitation services in compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. Krystal will undertake door-to-door waste collection, segregation and transportation, street sweeping and cleaning of public areas across residential, commercial, institutional and notified zones in the three wards. Segregated waste will be transported to authorised processing, treatment and disposal facilities.

The company said it will deploy dedicated manpower, specialised vehicles and modern equipment to ensure continuous, hygienic and regulation-compliant services, while maintaining strict safety standards.

Vasai–Virar is among Maharashtra’s fastest-growing urban clusters, underscoring the rising role of professional facility and sanitation service providers in strengthening civic infrastructure.
