Highway Infrastructure Wins Rs 690.68 Mn EPC Order in Indore

Highway Infrastructure (HIL), an integrated infrastructure development and management company, has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order worth Rs 690.68 million from the Indore Development Authority (IDA). The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the project, which falls under Town Planning Scheme-08 and is aimed at strengthening Indore’s urban road network.

The project involves the development of the Kumedi–Lasudiya Mori corridor up to A.B. Road, a strategically important stretch that supports the city’s expanding mobility requirements and planned urban growth initiatives. The corridor is expected to play a key role in improving connectivity and easing traffic movement in one of Indore’s fast-developing zones.

Valued at Rs 690.68 million, excluding applicable goods and services tax (GST), the order has an execution timeline of 2.5 years. The project is expected to contribute to improved road infrastructure while supporting the Indore Development Authority’s broader urban planning and development objectives.

The order win strengthens Highway Infrastructure’s presence in Madhya Pradesh’s rapidly growing urban infrastructure segment and enhances the company’s revenue visibility over the medium term. It also aligns with HIL’s strategy of expanding its EPC portfolio across high-potential urban and regional growth corridors through partnerships with government agencies.

Commenting on the development, Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Highway Infrastructure, said the project reflects the company’s strong execution capabilities and expertise in urban infrastructure development. “Arun Kumar Jain, managing director, Highway Infrastructure, said the mandate reinforces the company’s footprint in Madhya Pradesh and supports its strategic objective of diversifying into high-growth urban corridors,” he said.

He added that the clearly defined execution timeline improves order book visibility and reduces geographic and segmental concentration risks. Jain said continued participation in government-led development programmes positions the company to benefit from India’s accelerating urbanisation while delivering sustainable growth and long-term value to stakeholders.
