Metropolis by Reliance MET City Launches as Integrated Hub in NCR

Reliance MET City has announced the launch of Metropolis by MET City, a large-scale integrated mixed-use development at Daryapur in Jhajjar district, Haryana, aimed at creating a new urban hub within the Delhi NCR.
The project forms part of a 140-acre master-planned development comprising residential plots, industrial plots and a future group housing component. In the first phase, around 100 acres are being launched. The development is strategically located near the KMP Expressway, AIIMS Badsa and the upcoming Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor, offering connectivity to Gurugram and other NCR centres.
Metropolis has been planned as an integrated ecosystem combining residential and industrial opportunities. The residential component offers plotted developments ranging from 112 sq yards to 179 sq yards, while dedicated industrial plots are aimed at businesses seeking to operate within the expanding MET City framework. The project is being developed in two phases and is ready to move, enabling immediate development by homebuyers and industrial investors.
Commenting on the launch, Shrivallabh Goyal, CEO and Whole Time Director, Reliance MET City, said, “Metropolis is an important step forward in our vision for Reliance MET City. We are creating more than just a residential project; it is a well-planned ecosystem where people can live close to their workplaces and future opportunities. Our focus is on building a sustainable, future-ready community with strong infrastructure and long-term value.”
Residential plots are priced between Rs 99,000 and Rs 110,000 per sq yard. The project is being developed by Model Economic Township Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, on a self-funded basis with in-house execution of construction and infrastructure.
Located on MDR 123 at Village Daryapur, the project is situated five minutes from the KMP Expressway and close to AIIMS Badsa, the proposed BCCI International Cricket Stadium and other planned infrastructure, positioning it as a key growth node within the larger Reliance MET City ecosystem.
