Jyoti Structures expands manufacturing capacity in Nashik

The announcement Jyoti Structures (JSL) reported steady operational performance in 2025, supported by stable project execution across its power transmission portfolio. The company commissioned galvanisation operations at its second Nashik manufacturing unit, adding 33,000 MT of annual capacity.

This increased aggregate tower manufacturing capability at Nashik to approximately 69,000 MT per annum, aimed at improving fabrication accuracy, scheduling control and delivery predictability. JSL also expanded its workforce to over 750 employees, onboarding more than 70 engineers during the year.

CW analysis The capacity addition signals a forward integration strategy in transmission EPC, where manufacturing control increasingly determines execution reliability and margin protection. By strengthening in-house galvanisation and tower fabrication, JSL is positioning itself to reduce supply-chain dependencies — a critical advantage as grid expansion gathers pace across India. Manufacturing scale, coupled with structured safety and governance systems, enhances bid competitiveness in large transmission packages.

The focus on workforce expansion and safety training further indicates preparation for higher project volumes in the power T&D pipeline. In 2025, our emphasis was on ensuring predictability in delivery and consistency in on-ground performance across projects.” What’s next With expanded manufacturing capacity and strengthened safety governance frameworks, JSL is positioned to support upcoming grid expansion projects. The company is expected to leverage its enhanced fabrication capability and workforce scale to pursue larger transmission EPC opportunities.
