Bridgestone Expands Guwahati Retail Network

Bridgestone India has strengthened its retail footprint in Assam with the inauguration of two new Bridgestone Select Stores in Guwahati, reinforcing its presence in the North-East market. The stores were inaugurated by Rajiv Sharma, Executive Director – Sales & Marketing, Bridgestone India. The first outlet, Kamrup Tyres, is located at 89 No. Dadara Gaon Panchayat, Damdama-Kulhati Road. The second, The Wheelz Shoppe, has opened near Jaiswal Weigh Bridge, Boragaon, NH-37.

Bridgestone Select Stores are positioned as comprehensive tyre and wheel care centres, offering premium products alongside expert consultation and modern servicing equipment. The format is designed to enhance safety, comfort and long-term vehicle performance through specialised support and advanced technology.

Sharma noted that Assam remains a strategically important market for the company. He stated that the new outlets aim to provide customers with easier access to premium tyre solutions and trusted services, while strengthening long-term customer relationships across the region.

The newly launched stores will stock Bridgestone’s latest premium offerings, including Turanza 6i featuring ENLITEN technology for improved comfort, efficiency and EV readiness, as well as the Dueler All-Terrain A/T002, engineered for dependable performance across both on-road and off-road conditions.

With these additions, Bridgestone India continues to expand its customer-centric retail network, responding to growing demand for high-quality tyre solutions among passenger vehicle owners in and around Guwahati.
