Fortune Primero Gets RERA Nod For Seven Sarjapur
Fortune Primero has received RERA approval for its first residential development, Seven Sarjapur, located on the Sarjapur–Attibele corridor in East Bengaluru. The project marks the developer’s entry into residential real estate after over three decades in commercial property development.
Spread across 15 acres, the development is planned with 85 per cent open spaces. Around 11 acres are allocated for residential towers, while 4 acres are designated for a commercial and retail hub. The project will offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences within a high-rise residential community.
A key design element is the inclusion of six skybridges connecting the towers, planned as lifestyle spaces incorporating landscaped walkways, leisure zones and viewing decks. These skybridges are themed around global cities, including Kyoto, London, Singapore, Norway, Seoul and New York.
Unit allocation for buyers who have submitted Expressions of Interest is scheduled for 7 and 8 March 2026. The company stated that more than 400 families have registered interest so far.
Raahil Reddy, Director – Residential Projects, Fortune Primero, said, “Securing RERA approval for ‘Seven Sarjapur’ marks a pivotal step in Fortune Primero’s evolution from commercial excellence to residential innovation.”
