Sinoboom launches Dual-E Smart Technology
2026-03-09
Sinoboom recently introduced its new Dual-ETM Smart Technology during a press conference at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026. The technology has been developed to improve the operational efficiency of electric boom lifts while significantly extending battery endurance.
The Dual-ETM system integrates high-specification components designed to optimise power usage in real time. Instead of operating on maximum demand, the system continuously calculates the precise power required for operations, reducing energy wastage and improving overall machine efficiency.
Multiple sensors — including pressure, weight, length and level sensors — work together to provide operational data, enabling accurate system responses. A permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) enhances the efficiency of the oil pump drive system, while a CAN-bus controlled multi-valve configuration minimises flow loss and improves control precision.
Field testing under real working conditions demonstrated significant performance gains. Boom lifts equipped with the Dual-ETM Smart Technology recorded around 30 per cent lower energy consumption and achieved approximately 30 per cent longer operating endurance compared with standard systems.
According to Hyman Yu, Head of the Global Product Management Center at Sinoboom, the technology represents a major advancement in electric boom lift design and sets a new benchmark for operational efficiency in the access equipment industry.
