Simon India Partners with Ballestra S.p.A. for Tech Collaboration

Simon India has entered into a Business Cooperation Agreement with Italy’s Ballestra S.p.A., reinforcing global partnerships in chemical and fertilizer technology and engineering.

Ballestra brings a portfolio of internationally recognized technology licenses, spanning sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, purified phosphoric acid (PPA), ammonium nitrate, granular fertilisers, and specialty chemicals. Simon India complements this expertise with proven capabilities in detailed engineering and EPCM execution for bulk chemical projects, enabling efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions.

The non-exclusive agreement positions Simon India as a technology aggregator, helping clients evaluate and select optimal technologies from top licensors worldwide. By merging Ballestra’s technological strengths with Simon India’s engineering proficiency, the collaboration aims to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
