Blum India launches Blum Club app for carpenters and contractors

Blum India has introduced the Blum Club app, a dedicated loyalty platform designed for carpenters and contractors who install the company’s hardware products. The initiative aims to recognise the contribution of skilled professionals who play a key role in creating functional and high-quality living spaces.

According to the company, while advanced hardware solutions are central to modern furniture and interior design, the final outcome depends heavily on the expertise of carpenters who install them. The Blum Club app has been developed to support these professionals and reward their ongoing engagement with the brand.

“At its heart, the Blum Club is our tribute to the skill that defines this industry,” said Neelam Shah, Head of Marketing and Communications at Blum India. “We provide the engineering, but it is the craftsman’s hands that give it a purpose in the Indian home. This app is about making sure that dedication is finally seen, supported, and rewarded.”

The mobile application is designed to be simple and quick to use for professionals working on-site. Through the app, users can scan QR codes on Blum product packaging to register points for each purchase. The accumulated points can then be redeemed as direct transfers to the user’s bank account.

In addition to scan-based rewards, the app also offers sign-up bonuses and referral incentives for inviting other carpenters or contractors to join the programme. Users can also suggest tools or items they would like to see included in the rewards catalogue, allowing the company to tailor benefits according to the needs of trade professionals.

The app further includes notifications on new products, updates and local offers. For support, users can raise queries directly through the app or request assistance, enabling the company to respond quickly to any issues related to points or programme navigation.
